All parts come with various warranty depending on manufacturer. All parts come with at least 12 months manufacturers warranty however some of our parts come with lifetime warranty (terms apply).

Cobra Sport

Cobra Sport exhausts systems come with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, giving you ultimate peace of mind.

Cobra's lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects for the original purchaser when the product is registered online within 28 days of receipt, provided that any claims are a result of normal usage and the car has not undergone any excessive engine modifications. Their sports catalytic converters, flexes and downpipes have a 2 year (80,000km) warranty on defects only. As they deal directly with consumers themselves otheirr after-sales support is of the highest importance and enables them to take a flexible approach considering each case individually.

Milltek Sport Warranty

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your Milltek Sport exhaust system please consider the following Limited Warranty terms & conditions.


To qualify for this Limited Warranty all Milltek Sport you must be the original purchaser of the products through an authorised Milltek Sport dealer

Having purchased products directly from an authorised Milltek Sport dealer, all warranties must be handled initially by that dealer.

This Limited Warranty is void if the product(s) was/were not purchased new or improperly fitted either by an authorised Milltek Sport dealer or by a competent mechanic. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.

To exercise the rights under this Limited Warranty, the product(s) must be presented to the supplying authorised Milltek Sport dealer, together with a receipt, bill of sale or other appropriate written proof of purchase which identifies the product(s) by serial number. Alternatively, you will need to supply the dealer with the Part Numbers and Batch Numbers which are stamped onto a plate on each part.

Only authorised Milltek Sport dealers are authorised to perform warranty services under this Limited Warranty. Should the product(s) be determined by Milltek Sport to be covered by this Limited Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at Milltek Sport’s sole discretion, which will be conclusive and binding.

Hi-Flow catalysts and Downpipes are covered by a 2 year or 80,000km guarantee.
All electronic products are covered by a 2-year guarantee.
All other products are covered by a lifetime guarantee.

Further conditions

  1. In the event of a claim, it is the responsibility of the claimant to return the products to their authorised Milltek Sport dealer, carriage paid, and the products will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion, free of charge.
  2. The Limited Warranty terms covers the exhaust system only and does not cover garage labour, recovery, vehicle hire or any other associated costs.
  3. The defective products must be returned for inspection prior to any replacement products being issued.
  4. Repairs must only be carried out by an authorised Milltek Sport dealer. In the event that repairs are carried out elsewhere, this Limited Warranty will be rendered void.
  5. The failure of products must not have been caused by any of the following to be eligible for warranty
  6. Misuse, unauthorised modification, accident, worn or faulty engine mounts, faulty hangers or clamps, excessive vibration, internal explosion or backfire.
  7. Non-standard use, the fitting of the part to a vehicle for which it is not intended or the application of insulating exhaust wrap.
  8. The vehicle to which the products are fitted must be serviced in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and a record of this service is to be retained and shown in the event of a warranty claim.
  9. Clamps, olives, sealing rings, flexible couplings and fittings are not covered by the warranty.
  10. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Remus Exhaust Warranty

The warranty period shall be 24 months from acceptance at the place of delivery in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

The warranty expires, if the goods are delivered by a third party or by installation of parts of foreign origin is changed if installation and treatment instructions are not followed or the goods are not used in accordance with their intended purpose.

Please also to make sure and register your purchase with the manufacturer once you take delivery of the goods.

Scorpion Exhausts Warranty

Your Scorpion Exhaust is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period of ownership of the product whilst installed to the vehicle as detailed on the product registration form.** Please retain your original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase for your Scorpion product should the need arise to claim against the guarantee.

Should a defect occur with the exhaust during use contact your dealer who will advise you of the necessary steps to take. If the fault in the Scorpion product is found to be due to defective materials or manufacture Scorpion Exhausts will repair or replace the defective part or parts free of charge. Slight discolouration of the stainless parts due to generated heat is NOT covered by the guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover any freight costs or labour fees incurred during the removal and refitting of the exhaust, or any loss or damage caused by such defect.

The guarantee is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser of the Scorpion Exhaust. **Some items are not covered under the lifetime guarantee.

IMPORTANT: FAILURE TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT WITH THE MANUFACTUER WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE WILL INVALIDATE ANY AND ALL SUBSEQUENT WARRANTY CLAIMS.
